I had a very positive experience with a childhood therapist, and I knew from an early age that I would find therapeutic work to be rewarding.

I use a number of clinical interventions, but focus mostly on Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure & Response prevention, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. About me: I live near my practice and enjoy exercising, cooking, and making electronic music.
