My aim is to help you build strength and connection in your or your child's life. If you have a trauma history, a complicated family, and challenges with your mood, we could be a good fit. I also offer parental guidance sessions with parents of children aged 4-18 years old. I truly believe we can work together to build the life you appreciate.

I see clients through a trauma lens and an attachment lens. I seek to work together to build self-compassion, vulnerability, and curiosity about yourself. The stress of life, made more complicated by trauma, can take away your choice. Let's see what choices you want to make going forward and how we can make those happen.

I seek to show up as myself in session, which means I use humor, play, and curiosity throughout the work. My clients give me the feedback that I'm empathetic, kind, and direct. Therapy is a relationship before anything else, and one that hopefully can provide healing and skills for relationships outside of the space.
