I approach each client with curiosity, empathy and a sense of how to listen well in order to help make sense of often overwhelming or confusing feelings and circumstances, some of which may be due to old patterns from childhood that stubbornly stick in the way of growth.

Together we will try , first and foremost, to help you feel better. We will build a better understanding of your situation and use the therapy relationship as one in which to grow.
