My clients describe me as:

down to earth, relatable, non-judgmental and funny. Sessions often involve laughter, while I sneak some therapy work into the conversation.

that I come from a person-centered approach. I believe you are the subject matter expert on yourself, and I will support you working on the things that are important to you. I will be respectful, but also challenge you.

work on goals we identify together, using a blend of interventions and skills, mixed to a blend that is designed for you.

I specialize in working with people who:

want to improve their mental health, learn more about their diagnoses, struggle with substance use or maladaptive behaviors, are socially stigmatized or generally just want to figure out how to be the best version of themselves.

Offering teletherapy services means you can meet with me from a variety of different settings, without the hassle of a commute, parking, etc.
