that it's very different than traditional talk therapy. If you're all "talked out" and ready for a deeper level of healing, Somatic Experiencing is for you. As your therapist, I will work directly with the activation in your nervous system.

help you grow and heal in order to feel confident, gain self-awareness, and maintain a healthy relationship with yourself and others. My goal is to help you become the best, healed, version of yourself.

I specialize in working with people who:

who identify as women and are "all talked out". The women I work with are wanting to decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, dissociation, hypervigilance, chronic pain/physical symptoms and wanting to feel more empowered, connected, and at peace.

I became a therapist because:

as a First Gen Latina, I know exactly what it's like to break generational cycles. Now that I'm on the other side, I want others to feel empowered.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

my office is a mini jungle. I am obsessed with plants and my warm & inviting environment will immediately soothe your nervous system.
