I incorporate several theoretical frameworks into my therapy practice, and am most drawn to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Therapy in the context of Attachment Theory and Respectful/Reciprocal Relationships.

We will build rapport and relationship while focusing on your identified goals. I have the utmost respect for the client's time in therapy. I incorporate some somatic exercises to support our work.

I am typically best fit with folks who are in early-mid adulthood, navigating their identity in the context of family, friendships, employment, parenting, and known or potential neurodivergence
