Jessica Locey

As a mental health counselor, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing or growth. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods and apply a collaborative approach.

What you can expect is that we will work together as a team to create tangible and thoughtful goals that best suit your needs. I believe that learning from my clients and their experiences is important for meaningful work to occur and look forward to the new things and about your experience.

I come from intensive community based work, working mainly with adolescents and young adults as well as a their families and caregivers to best support their needs in home.
