My approach is empathetic, validating and collaborative. I pull from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as mindfulness. I believe each person’s therapy goal is unique and should be a collaborative effort between clinician and client.

Are experiencing increased anxiety, depression, transitions in life or challenges in their interpersonal relationship that are looking to develop new ways to cope, communicate, and heal.

Sessions are scheduled on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis depending on the needs of the individual. I offer remote sessions only at this time.
