I specialize in working with adult women and enjoy supporting folks in an effort to feel better about their decision making. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings and done short term counseling in a primary care office.

Everyone has a story and holding space for yours is important in therapy. I love being present for “aha” moments and times of self discovery!
