I work with teens and young adults facing trauma, identity struggles, isolation, and depression. I’m passionate about helping those who feel alone find safety, belonging, and healing, both within themselves and in their relationships with others.

I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
