are stressed out professionals, graduate students and teens. I help my clients understand their triggers as well as ways to cope so that they can feel more confident on a daily basis.
I became a therapist because:
There is so much stigma about therapy and many people are reluctant to see a therapist for fear of being labelled as "crazy" by their family.

I currently offer online therapy only and my hours are very flexible.
