I am available Monday-Wednesday and I offer 1 Sunday a month for sessions.

My sessions are tailored to the individual client as I want them to get the most out of therapy. I provide therapy in a safe non-judgemental way and clients will always feel seen and heard.

Explore what brought you to therapy and discuss your goals. We will also unpack the stressors in your life, identify your needs and problem solve and explore what matters most to you.
