I am available for in-person and virtual sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 2pm.
My clients describe me as:
Relaxed, compassionate, & nonjudgmental. I hold space in a supportive and honest manner, emphasizing use of strengths to overcome life's challenges.
Something to know about my approach is:
I believe it's important to look at the whole person- this is why I utilize a holistic approach that involves both mind & body. You will always have a choice in the work we do together. Each session is unique to your needs and desires.
Together, we will:
Work on restoring the innate balance that you were born with. From this balanced and regulated place you will gain increased confidence, self-awareness, and self-acceptance that make living in the present moment not only possible, but pleasurable.
I specialize in working with people who:
Who are young adults and older who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression. Folks who I work with may struggle with feeling comfortable and connected to their body, have flashbacks, feel on-edge, lack energy, motivation, and confidence.
I became a therapist because:
I am human, too. Safety and connection go a long way in facilitating healing; I provide this and teach others to create it for themselves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We have the ability to work together in a cozy office setting, or in a welcoming, yoga studio environment depending on what resonates most with you!
More about me and my practice:
My practice combines traditional psychotherapy approaches with body based practices. The union of mind and body techniques ensures that you are going beyond simply talking about your problems, but are also cultivating balance from the inside out.
