Depending on the patient and their area of need, we may use CBT, humanistic, or psychodynamic approaches to explore the area of your life that are challenging you. I use an integrated approach to counseling as it is a very individualized journey.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with individuals with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use and trauma. I focus on maternal mental health and women's issues overall as this is something I feel especially passionate about.
