I specialize in working with autistic and neurodivergent clients, individuals healing from trauma, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

I became a therapist because I had a therapist when I was young who supported me through one of the hardest times in my life. That experience showed me the power of having a safe, understanding space to process challenges, and it inspires how I work with my clients today.
