I treat people experiencing depression and anxiety using a variety of approaches. I'll create an individualized plan based on your needs that may include helping you disrupt negative self-talk and thought patterns and learn new coping strategies.

explore how your feelings of anxiety and depression manifest in your thoughts and self-talk. We will work together on improving your confidence and self-esteem so you're better able to tackle your goals.

are young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by the transitions they're facing in life, whether that's a new relationship, a new job, or adjusting to college. I help my clients learn new coping skills that help them feel more confident and hopeful.

I enjoy helping others overcome their challenges. I find great joy in creating space for others to share and process their experiences.

I offer telehealth which allows for you to be in the comfort and safety of your own home. I also have an office where we can meet during the week.
