I specialize in working with people who:

I work with children, teens and young adults through a variety of phases in life. I also specifically work with adult women struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, including motherhood.

I became a therapist because:

I desire to guide more people in their healing journey, finding strategies and supporting them in finding their true-self, joy and success.
