Therapy with me is an active collaboration! I ask questions and give feedback, at a pace set by you. Some people prefer to start slowly and build comfort and trust, others are ready to dig into exploring and investigating. We figure it out together.

start with what is most important to you, and explore connections and patterns. Every "problem" has developed for a reason that is important to understand. You don't take down a wall in your house without making sure it isn't holding up the roof.

want to break free from old patterns that no longer serve you, heal from childhood trauma/abuse, find peace in a chaotic world, feel safe in your body and find connection and meaning in an increasingly disconnected society.

From an early age, I've always been fascinated with what makes people tick. Humans often don't make a lot of sense, and I wanted to figure that out.
