I work with adults across the age span, including college students. My practice includes shorter-term solution-based therapy, longer-term insight based therapy and focused work regarding gender/sexuality issues (identity, transition, coming out).

We will work collaboratively to address the thoughts and feelings that you are facing right now. I will teach you how to get control over your body and thoughts. Then we can address themes, which are impacting you emotionally and often physically.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I currently offer therapy online for COVID. However, I plan to do so even after COVID. I believe this will allow you to have easier access to care.
