I typically work with people on at least a weekly basis, often more frequently. My approach is insight oriented, and i think of the intimate treatment relationship as the key tool in psychotherapy. My modality is psychodynamic, and relational.

Clients will explore themselves fully. Many people i've worked with for years, and we have touched on all different aspects of their lives, their conscious, and unconscious worlds. I help people become aware of patterns they may not be aware of.

Clients often feel comfortable, and safe sharing themselves and their story with me.

My practice consists of me and several other therapists of which I supervise. My modality infuses my supervision with therapists that work at my practice.

My practice uses Zoom to provide HIPAA compliant telehealth video conferencing for sessions. We can work with people all over Michigan.
