About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Compassionate, non-judgmental, relatable (therapy isn't scary, I promise!) and your biggest cheerleader on your motherhood journey.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I believe there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes we need a space to process big emotions, other times we are looking for practical skills & strategies to cope. You're in the driver's seat; I am here to support & empower you along the way.

  • Together, we will:

Navigate and normalize the many changes and challenges that can accompany the transition to motherhood so you can feel supported and empowered — and equipped with lots of practical skills and strategies to cope when things are hard.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Are struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mood & anxiety disorders, finding balance, or feeling burned out. Helping women feel mentally and emotionally healthy on their motherhood journey is my passion.

  • I became a therapist because:

I saw major gaps in care & I wanted to do more to support women's mental health in the transition to motherhood.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm strictly a virtual therapist. You can wear pajama pants for our session, be sitting in bed, or have a toddler next to you snacking; it's all good!

  • More about me and my practice:

Motherhood is not something we’re meant to do alone, so please don’t hesitate to reach out — I would love to be part of your village.
