Are struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mood & anxiety disorders, finding balance, or feeling burned out. Helping women feel mentally and emotionally healthy on their motherhood journey is my passion.
I became a therapist because:
I saw major gaps in care & I wanted to do more to support women's mental health in the transition to motherhood.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I'm strictly a virtual therapist. You can wear pajama pants for our session, be sitting in bed, or have a toddler next to you snacking; it's all good!
