seek support with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, effects of trauma and violence, grief and loss, relationships, life changes, and high stress or abuse at home, work, and school.

I became a therapist because:

in my prior career involving advocacy for survivors of trauma, I cherished opportunities to listen deeply and witness my clients’ growth.
