I draw from a variety of practices focused on the embodied experience of the whole person. I also take a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes a sense of safety and agency. I meet with clients at my Ann Arbor office and outdoors at a local park!

My clients often appreciate this space to grow into a more compassionate and understanding relationship with themselves, as well as the mindfulness strategies grounded in our understanding of the nervous system that I can practice with them.

I focus on drawing from your experiences and inner wisdom to guide our work together. In therapy, we share the burdens of daily life and build a grounded hope for the future. I would be honored to plant seeds of healing and wholeness with you.

If you will not be using insurance, the self-pay fee is generally $125 per session. However, I typically have a few openings with sliding scale fees of $75 for a 50-minute session or $85 for a 60-minute session. These options are available to clients who are not insured or have catastrophic, high-deductible insurance.
