My approach to therapy is to create an environment where you walk away feeling like someone sees you, that someone gets you, that you have someone rooting for you in your corner. I work to help clients develop a better understanding of themselves but also to gain tools to feel better.

I work with people who just want to feel better in their relationships, their school/work, and really just in their own heads. Together we will figure out what you need to get to that place.

I recently had a client describe me as her safe space, which was such an honor to hear. I've had other clients describe me as joyful and funny.

I work with people dealing with anxiety (constant worry or stress about school/work, relationships, life transitions but also perfectionism, people-pleasing, panic attacks, phobias, etc.). I also work people struggling with the intrusive thoughts and habitual safety behaviors related to OCD.

I provide traditional talk therapy but also utilize art and/or nature-based therapy if a client is interested.
