I am here to validate your inner experience, examine the ways in which you've adapted to your unique set of circumstances, and help you to develop the self-compassion and agency so important to emotional recovery.

We'll work to challenge and dismantle beliefs which are making you feel stuck or disconnected, clarify your needs, and learn how to connect with your internal resources in order to meet them yourself and in relationship with others.

I strive to be compassionate, nonjudgmental and humble in all of my therapeutic interactions, embracing impermanence, adaptability and creativity.

Many of my clients have experienced abuse/neglect, impacting their sense of self and reality, leading to dissociation, self-medicating behaviors, people-pleasing, codependency, etc. Incidentally, I work with quite a few therapists, psychology majors and the like.

When I first experienced unconditional positive regard it sparked my own healing and I felt compelled to share this gift with others.

My methods are trauma-informed and evidenced-based, while remaining flexible and suited to your needs. I offer attachment-focused EMDR for those interested in an alternative to talk therapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, etc.
