I take a client centered approach. You set the topic and the pace. My job is to help guide you through those topics and explore them at a deeper level, not to push you into exploring things you don't want to.

I have extensive experience in crisis work relating to traumatic experiences. In addition since starting my private practice I have gained a lot of experience working with adolescents and young adults struggling with life adjustments.
