I have a background of yoga and mindfulness, and utilize those approaches in addition to modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving, and Somatics. I also believe nature is a powerful healer and incorporate when possible.

I love the human experience - but sometimes it is very challenging. I have utilized therapy myself and seen how helpful it can be!

As a trained yoga instructor, I utilize aspects of movement and mindfulness in promoting healing. I am also social justice oriented, a deep lover of nature, and a proponent of finding community where you are at!
