I specialize in working with people who:

Are guys who are 12 and up who are struggling with anxiety, depression, academic performance, stress, career struggles, and more. I am passionate about helping my clients break down the barriers that are making them feel trapped in their lives.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to be a support to people that feel alone in their mental health struggles because it is so incredibly isolating. There is hope!

I am a passionate counselor and owner of a virtual mental health practice in Michigan. I have specialized in working with adolescent and young adult men for my entire career. I love the work I do and am honored to help people along their journeys.
