I have been working as a therapist and therapist supervisor for ten plus years. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, grief, couples and marriage issues, complex trauma as well as personality disorders.

I work with clients on both severe and moderate mental health struggles. I look to help clients process through the difficulties that come with living with mental health and relationship issues. I always look to provide effective ethical services.

I specialize in working with Borderline Personality Disorder, personality disorders, trauma, teen and adolescent issues, couple and marital issues, as well as anxiety, depression, and panic disorder.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer virtual therapy mostly during week day and weekend morning and evening hours because most everyone has busy lives today.

Our small therapy practice has three highly experienced and dedicated clinicians that take great pride and focus in what we do for our clients. Also, having several therapists together in a small practice creates better support systems for clients.
