I specialize in working with people who:

are anxious and/or depressed. Women who struggle with self-worth, self-esteem. Women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum or in the thick of motherhood.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help people, of course! My passion in maternal mental health began after having my first child+understanding what that adjustment entails.
