Monday through Thursday Mornings till 7:pm.
My clients describe me as:
Dale is generally soft spoken and solution focused. He listens and is an outside to box, creative thinker who welcomes new thoughts and perspectives.
Something to know about my approach is:
Dale's approach includes the concept of Wabi-Sabi 侘 寂. This aesthetic believes in the value of the broken down, damaged, worn out; We are all damaged and broken! Then discovering our beauty and perfection within our felt/perceived life imperfections.
Together, we will:
work together, as a team, to help you discover hope, health and healing; that strength, motivation and support to explore your own potential, to find new paths that can reconnect you to the life, you have dream of, living a new you, "out-loud" today.
I specialize in working with people who:
have been marginalized by life's events and experiences. Those who feel they got lost, stuck, or left on the side of the road somewhere; in need of someone to come alongside them and help them find the new potentials and possibilities of a new day.
I became a therapist because:
I was raised in and around a youth home (my parents were working and we lived there). I saw what and how trauma impacts youth and adults.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am so impressed with the team of therapists/staff at Burton Professional Counseling. I wanted to become a part of it providing progressive support.
More about me and my practice:
I am dyslexic which has made it so I have always needed to find new and different ways to make life work for me. This has made me see the world through a different, creative awareness lens that I can, you can, we can view things differently with hope
