My background is in both humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I incorporate CBT skills/techniques into therapy for clients to use as tools outside of sessions. CBT is an evidence-based practice that can be used to treat a wide range of issues

I have worked with a diverse group of individuals ranging from ages 13-65. I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as other disorders. I believe that treatment should be tailored to each individual
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy guiding individuals through the process of healing and helping them reach their full potential so that they are able to thrive in their lives.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer therapy via telehealth. Clients are able to do therapy in their own space in which they feel safe and comfortable.
