I am a skills based therapist, meaning my intention for treatment is to have your growth be created by you through the use of skills with my support. Treatment shouldn't be a life sentence but a transition period to help you express and grow.

I am a licensed clinical therapist specializing in general mental health, substance use disorders, and trauma. I also have strong interests in adult ADHD disorders and adult anger management. I have been practicing in the field for over ten years .

My current specialties include: PTSD (particularly women), Anxiety/Depression, Anger or emotion management and substance misuse.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist as a way to listen and support a demographic of people that did not have supports around them to help them strive.

I offer virtual therapy which allows you to have therapy sessions easily and in comfortable spaces that are calming for you. You have the control.
