Something to know about my approach is:

I believe that our behaviors, how we feel, act, in a given situation, are a result of the beliefs we have about that situation. If you are willing to investigate your beliefs and adjust them to fit today's reality, you will feel and act differently.

Together, we will look at the beliefs causing your issues. They may have been appropriate when acquired, often as a child, but maybe not so much today. We have to learn to accept what we can't change and have the courage to change what we can.

I specialize in working with people who:

I like working with people who want to accept themselves, to become the best person they can be. No one is given the choice of who they will be attracted to, only of how they will respond to it. You don't have to be someone else to be happy in life.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help people help themselves. The solutions to the issues you want to resolve will come from you, not from me.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

You never have to leave the house and deal with transportation, parking, or weather issues.
