Clients often describe me as a compassionate guide, a source of support during their journey to wellness.

We work with clients aged 8 to 80+. Our provider specialties include working with grief, depression, anxiety, sexual health, trauma, relationship distress, school-age concerns, BIPOC specific concerns, LGBTQ+, assessments, and life transitions.

Our clinic has a passion for helping others, advocating for wellness and liberation, and ending the stigma surrounding mental health.

Our clinic offers a holistic approach that includes access to wellness practitioners such as trauma-informed yoga and nutrition specialist.

We work with each person to help create lifelong change. The clinic is an inclusive and safe space for all that we serve. What you are facing can be overwhelming, frustrating, exhausting, or scary. You do not have to face it alone.
