I specialize in working with people who:

I work with individuals who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, significant life changes, and other challenges. I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Talk Therapy, EMDR, ERP, Strength-Based Therapy, and more.

I became a therapist because:

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to be able to have someone to help guide them through a life of self-discovery and self healing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in person therapy services in East Lansing, MI which is easily accessible from many locations in Michigan. I also offer virtual therapy.
