Together, we'll the space you need to heal from anything from a difficult birth, to scary medical diagnosis to early life trauma. We'll use EMDR to help you move towards new skills that change your everyday life and help you reprocess trauma.

In addition to offering weekly therapy, I also offer EMDR Intensives which are 2-4 days long for clients who are really ready for change. A week of an EMDR Intensive offers the healing of 6 months of weekly sessions.
