I use a an integrative approach that uses evidence-based modalities to meet clients where they are and assist with helping them get to the place they want to be. Examples include CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness based stress reduction among others.

I became a therapist because:

I firsthand felt the impact that therapy can make in changing the trajectory of one's life experience and want to help others achieve growth/wellbeing

I offer in person and tele-health appointments in the North Towne Professional building in Fenton, MI.
