Are of all ages grieving the death of someone, experiencing caregiving stress, anticipated loss, illness, terminal diagnoses, and life transitions. I am honored to provide an open heart, affirmation and hope during this time.

I have also experienced loss, mourning, healing and have continued to live life in a meaningful way. I have also experienced being in therapy.
