My approach is compassionate, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA2+ affirming and trauma informed. I am social justice based and anti-capitalist. With 20 years of experience my approach is adaptable and individualized, I have a lot of therapy tools now.

We explore your individual identity as a neurodivergent person, process past traumas, explore current relationships and life stressors and work on strategies that help you keep your balance in this crumbly and crazy world we are all living in.

I am the owner of Heartsone Guidance Center. We are an online and in person practice in Grand Rapids Michigan. We are a group of neurodivergent (quite a few of us are autistic) therapists providing neurodiversity affirming therapy services.

I offer therapy online and in-person. Heartstone Guidance Center has a beautiful downtown Grand Rapids office space with free parking.
