I utilize a blend of traditional talk therapy, art and play therapy techniques, and other active and creative interventions. I also am very supportive of parents’ involvement in treatment to help them in the hard work of parenting.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents. Issues addressed include: behavior concerns, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, sleep challenges, social difficulties, Autism, family conflict, and other challenges to behavior and mental health.

I became a therapist because:

I've seen the need for mental health support for children and families, particularly the lack of services for neurodivergent people.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Developmental Enhancement strongly focuses on supporting children and adolescents. Treating children and teens requires a specialized approach.

I am passionate about supporting children and families. Personally, I am the parent of two Autistic children and understand the joys and challenges of supporting children with different needs.
