I specialize in working with people who:

Grieve losses of all kinds. I work with those dealing with anxiety and depression triggered by changes in roles and life circumstances such as caregiver stress, living with illness, launching adult children, adjusting to changes in relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I have known the feelings of deep grief, anger, loss, anxiety and the need to feel heard. I want to offer space and healing to those who struggle.
