My specialty is helping others to better learn about, understand, and cope with past trauma so that they are able to move forward in life. I believe in the power of coping skills, self-care, and evidence-based practices.

I specialize in working with people who:

Adolescents are my favorite population to work with. But genuinely, I feel that even most of us adults still feel a bit of our adolescent self. With that said, I like working with people who are seeking out support in making positive change.

I became a therapist because:

I've experienced challenges in my own life and with the help of supportive people, I made it through. I want others to have that same opportunity.
