I am a client-centered, relational, and integrative counselor. I believe you are capable of increasing wholeness and well-being. I draw from a variety of counseling theories which promote discovery, insight, mind-body-spirit connectedness.

Typically, early sessions focus on your story, inner understanding of life, and what motivates you. From there, we will look with intention at your challenges, clarify goals, and explore next steps toward hope and healing.

I specialize in work with adults who are working through stress, anxiety, relational challenges, and parenting concerns. I also have experience working with clients facing abuse and trauma history, and post-partum depression.
