Kind, knowledgeable, open-minded, and motivating. My clients report improvements in self-compassion, ability to regulate emotions, and resiliency.
I will encourage you, support you, and challenge you as we work to untangle what trips you up. I will listen deeply and provide a safe, loving space for you to explore what better things are possible for you.
Chart a path toward more resilience and joy. Work collaboratively so that you can master techniques to put into place when your heart races, negative thoughts ruminate, and/or you feel numb, because anxiety, depression, and trauma affect your body.
Are you working too hard to please others? Are you struggling with anxious and ruminating thoughts which make it hard to sleep. I am ready to help.
Good therapists helped me when my life had some challenging moments. I want to use my compassion and strong listening skills to help others.
For those who want in person sessions, our office is on Woodward right near 696 and I75. Zoom/virtual services are also available.
At Intersectional Insight, we pay close attention to how your lived experience has been influenced by social identities (race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation) to help you understand how they have shaped you and how to best heal.
