My clients describe me as:
People who have worked with me have greater clarity, feel less overwhelmed, have a sense of calmness, and have more feelings of fulfillment in life.
Something to know about my approach is:
My approach is grounded in experiential, relational, and attachment-focused therapy. I value trust and collaboration, strongly emphasizing how we experience emotions and what we can do to be more connected to our feelings in a meaningful way.
Together, we will:
Together we will find healing and resilience, and if you're someone who values deep emotional work, I'm here to accompany you on your journey toward self-discovery and healing.
I specialize in working with people who:
are parents of new babies or young children. I work with people who can’t shake that feeling of being irritable and angry all the time or bogged down with apathy and an empty feeling. I also work with grief and significant loss not just due to death.
I became a therapist because:
I've been there. I've been in the other chair and know what it's like to find healing and a path to growth that works. I live for this.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
The location where I provide therapy is close to downtown Clarkston and is easily accessible to the highway. My location is also ADA-accessible.
More about me and my practice:
I have an MA in counseling and am a licensed therapist in Michigan. But my experience does not stop there. I have many years of experience in the business world, I am a parent, and I have extensive experience with spirituality.
