are in need of safe space to process their thoughts and emotions, learn healthy coping skills, stomp out negative thinking, find themselves, increase self-esteem, and understand how to get through life transitions as they happen so often.

I offer telehealth sessions, so you can meet at a time and place that best meets your needs. I'm available during the week by appointment.
