I am an anxiety specialist, and I also work with self-confidence, depression, and general life stressors. I love working with all adult ages, but especially college-age students.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to use my pain for purpose, and that purpose is hearing my clients, validating my clients, supporting my clients.
