My style is to work to explore yourself more through thought-provoking questions, finding what works best for you, and meets you where you are at.
Something to know about my approach is:
Clients come to me looking for a therapist who asks thoughtful questions, offers a different perspective, and finding tools that work best with your brain, while the top priority always being that you feel safe and supported throughout your journey.
Together, we will:
I’ll offer you the support you need to accomplish your therapeutic goals and get to know yourself better. A life where it’s easier to find joy in your everyday life is possible. You don’t have to keep feeing stuck and you don't have to do it alone!
I specialize in working with people who:
I specialize in working with clients struggling with ADHD/ADD, food allergies, trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders and couple’s therapy.
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist to provide a space for healing to help people live a fulfilled life, whatever that means for them.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I focus on finding what works best with each individual and each person deserves a unique approach with an authentic approach.
More about me and my practice:
I started my practice in 2022 after working in high-stress settings to work doing what I am passionate about. My favorite part of being a therapist is seeing the growth in my clients. Outside of work I enjoy playing paintball, reading and trashy tv.
