My approach is deeply rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), guiding clients to connect with the parts of themselves that long to be seen, heard, and understood. At the same time, I recognize that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I take an individualized, client-centered approach adapting to your unique needs, goals, and pace.

Together we will explore your inner world with compassion and curiosity, helping you unburden parts that carry pain and rediscover a deeper sense of peace and wholeness. My goal as your therapist is to help you build a trusting relationship with yourself, so you can heal old wounds, restore inner balance, and move through life with more ease.

My clients describe me as compassionate, direct, and personable with a sprinkle of humor. They appreciate my ability to gently guide them toward understanding their inner parts and reconnecting with their core Self.

I work with adults, college students, aspiring or current therapists, and individuals navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, life transitions, and women's issues. I also specialize in working with individuals that struggle with chronic pain, endometriosis, PCOS, and fertility struggles.

I believe we should all have someone in our corner. My own jounrey through therapy inspired me to become a therapist myself.

I have immediate virtual openings and offer a free consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together. I take BCBS in state and out of state insurance as well as Blue Care Network, Priority Health, Aetna, and United Health Care.
