The way I approach therapy is to integrate traditional therapy with mindfulness skills to help you change your day to day. My goal is to work alongside you on your journey, using a strengths-based approach to help you achieve your desired change.

In the first session, we clarify what is bringing you to therapy and identify goals. From there, we work collaboratively to shift patterns in thoughts, emotions, or relationships to support lasting change.

I specialize in working with adults, families, and couples on issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and co-parenting. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and trauma-informed. I also strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative.
